Talent Officer
Your new role!
As a Talent Officer, you'll play a key role in supporting the efficient delivery of recruitment activities across the department. From drafting offer letters, advertising opportunities, managing background checks and issuing offers, you'll help ensure a smooth and compliant recruitment process.
As a confident communicator and team player, you'll work closely with Talent Partners to respond to recruitment queries, provide recruitment advice and ensure the process runs efficiently and in line with policy.
You'll also contribute to improving how we do things, with a focus on inclusive and best-practice recruitment. The role offers variety, meaningful work, and the chance to build your capability in a supportive and collaborative team.
About You
You bring experience in recruitment or HR administration and will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and takes pride in delivering accurate, efficient support. You enjoy working collaboratively, and are known for your strong attention to detail, customer focus, and ability to juggle competing priorities with a calm, solutions- focused approach.
