About the role
This is a Fixed Term Position until 19th January 2027.
The Talent and Mobility Officer provides administrative support across recruitment and mobility processes. This includes preparing paperwork, scheduling interviews, managing queries, maintaining records and guidance materials, processing employee movements, and providing timely advice to candidates and the business.
The role also supports research, information management and people and culture projects. It builds strong stakeholder relationships, ensures processes comply with relevant policies and governance requirements, and contributes to initiatives that improve employee experiences and support strategic workforce goals.
