We are seeking an experienced and strategic Talent, Learning and Development Manager to lead the design, delivery and embedding of our organisational development, talent and learning strategies. This is a high‑impact leadership role that shapes how VIT develops capability, engages employees, strengthens culture, and builds a professional, high‑performing workforce.
About the role
As the Talent, Learning and Development Manager, you will lead the full spectrum of learning, talent and organisational development activities across the employee lifecycle. This high-impact role is responsible for shaping a culture of growth, strengthening organisational capability, and building structured pathways that support practitioners at all stages of their careers.
From onboarding and leadership development to talent pathways, coaching, culture uplift and professional capability building, you will design and deliver programs that meaningfully enhance both people and organisational outcomes.
This position blends strategic leadership with hands‑on delivery—ideal for someone who enjoys setting the direction while staying close to the work that drives real impact.
Reporting to the Director, People and Culture, you will lead enterprise-wide programs that strengthen leadership, uplift capability, and foster an engaged, inclusive and high‑performing culture.
