About the Role:
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Support Officer on a fixed term basis until 30 June 2027!
The Talent Acquisition Support Officer plays a key role in ensuring the Building and Plumbing Commission's recruitment processes run smoothly and meet compliance standards. The role acts as the primary gatekeeper for position descriptions, reviewing and validating them for accuracy and alignment with classification frameworks. Working closely with hiring managers and people partners, it provides advice and guidance on recruitment best practices, documentation standards, and helps streamline processes to support timely and effective recruitment practices.
