The Opportunity
As the Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including advertising, shortlisting, interview coordination, offer management and onboarding support.
You will work closely with hiring managers to provide practical advice on recruitment policy, equity and contemporary recruitment practices. Through proactive communication and strong stakeholder relationships, you will help deliver a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers.
You will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, identify opportunities to strengthen recruitment processes and share your knowledge with colleagues. This role provides an opportunity to influence how Parks Victoria attracts and onboards capable, values-driven people who contribute to the organisation's success.
