The Opportunity:
The Registrar’s Department plays a central role in academic administration at Holmesglen, delivering efficient and accurate services across the entire student lifecycle. Bringing together key functions such as enrolments, timetabling, graduations, information systems and student support, the department ensures data integrity, regulatory compliance and high-quality service delivery. As a key point of contact for students, staff and the wider community, it is instrumental in supporting student success and maintaining the operational standards that underpin institutional growth and academic excellence.
The Systems Developer – Student Management Systems is responsible for supporting, enhancing and maintaining the Student Management System (SMS) and its associated platforms. This role involves configuring and implementing system upgrades and patches, developing and maintaining customised solutions, and delivering reporting outputs aligned to business needs. You will also design and support system integrations to ensure seamless operation across enterprise applications, working closely with the Registrar’s Department to optimise system performance and improve the overall user experience.
