About the opportunity
Key accountabilities include but are not limited to:
You are an accomplished HR and Payroll systems professional with extensive experience in the administration and management of HRIS platforms, ideally including configuration and support of SAP SuccessFactors, particularly Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll. You possess a sound understanding of accounting principles as they relate to payroll and general ledger reporting, and demonstrate the capability to ensure system configurations align with Enterprise Agreements, Executive Contracts and Australian legislative requirements.
You have a proven record of maintaining and enhancing HRIS systems through the development of tailored solutions and processes that drive accuracy, consistency, and service improvement. Your analytical skills enable you to identify issues, interpret data, and implement effective resolutions, while managing defects and change requests through to completion.
Your strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills enable you to effectively collaborate with internal and external partners, provide training and guidance to system users, and foster commitment across a diverse range of stakeholders.
Your high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to service quality are complemented by your ability to manage access controls, adhere to governance processes, and uphold the integrity of HR and payroll data.
