About the role
The Surveillance Lead provides independent on-site assurance that construction activities are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with project requirements, specifications, standards, legislation and Department policies. The role monitors works including service relocation, earthworks, pavements, drainage, surfacing, traffic signals and bridgeworks.
You will provide advice on construction practices, safety, quality and risk management, monitor project progress and contractor performance, support claims assessment, and engage with stakeholders and the community. The role also contributes to surveillance planning, audits and resolving complex construction and traffic management challenges.
