About the role
This newly established role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of the Community and Regulatory Services at Energy Safe.
The Support Officer plays an important role in supporting industry participants and the Victorian community by providing reliable, accurate, timely, and professional administrative and customer service support.
This position will be critical to supporting an agile, high performing service team, focused on continuous improvement and collaboration. The Support Officer will support the delivery of Energy Safe's Service First strategy by ensuring customer enquiries and industry requests are managed consistently, efficiently, and in accordance with legislative, policy, and procedural requirements.
Working in a fast paced and evolving regulatory environment, the role supports organisational priorities by strengthening service capability, promoting accountability, and embedding a culture of quality, integrity, and respectful engagement with all stakeholders.
