About the Role
An exciting opportunity exists for an appropriately qualified allied health professional to join the Department of Education's Student Support Services (SSS) workforce, North East Melbourne Area. Social Workers, Psychologists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists and Behaviour Analysts are invited to apply. In this role you will provide high-level professional advice to schools that strongly influences student learning outcomes and wellbeing policies within a school community, and the wider Area. SSS staff do vital work in supporting students' health and wellbeing and are critical to building an excellent education system that reduces the impact of disadvantage. Desirable Qualifications and Experience
Required: A graduate or post-graduate qualification in the relevant discipline, eligibility for membership of the relevant professional organisation (e.g. AASW, SPA) or registration with AHPRA, and possess a current Australian Drivers' Licence and Working with Children Check.
