About the Role
In this senior role, you will:
• Lead AVS's strategic planning frameworks and develop an agreed roadmap for developing our next corporate strategy.
• Manage priority cross organisational strategic projects.
• Oversee corporate reporting, including AVS's Annual Reports.
• Produce compelling case studies and strategic narratives.
• Develop industry-focused research programs in collaboration with Agriculture Victoria.
• Provide strategic analysis and advice to the Executive and Board.
• Support effective governance, stakeholder engagement and service provider management.
About You
You bring:
• Experience in strategy, policy, corporate planning or organisational improvement (government, research or science commercialisation contexts ideal).
• Strong analytical and communication skills, including strategic writing.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects and influence senior stakeholders.
• Tertiary qualification in public policy, business, economics, agriculture, science or related field.
