An exciting opportunity exists to join the Inclusive Education Practice Development unit which looks after the Inclusion Outreach Coaching initiative and Inclusive Classrooms, both capability building initiatives of the Disability Inclusion Reform in the Department of Education.
The Inclusive Education Professional Practice (IEPP) Branch in the Inclusive Education Division is seeking to appoint a fixed-term VPS 5, Statewide Practitioner-Senior Program Advisor backfilling a substantive team member.
The primary role focus will be on dedicated program delivery of the Inclusion Outreach Coaching (IOC) initiative pursuing statewide consistency and fidelity in the provision of inclusive education capability support to schools by the IOC coaching workforce. Experience in developing statewide processes and communication to monitor program integrity and accountability is required.
Stakeholder management is a critical part of the responsibilities, primarily with regional colleagues and Inclusion Outreach Coaches (IOCs). Skills in co-design and collaboration are required for effective program management.
This backfill opportunity would suit someone who enjoys collaborating with others with knowledge of and experience in the Victorian public education context and demonstrated capability in project management with a focus on upskilling the education workforce.
This role is Fixed Term - 1/07/2026 - 22/02/2027 (7.5 months) 1.0FTE - Full time (negotiable)
