Stakeholder Engagement & Regulatory Coordinator
The Role
As a Stakeholder Engagement & Regulatory Coordinator, you will be supporting the engagement of key stakeholders, especially in relation to effective delivery of communication to landowners in the Gippsland region. Your time will be divided between two teams, Environment and Stakeholder Engagement with time allocations based on a documented work program with scheduled deliverables.
Your expertise in working for major projects has been developed in the carbon capture and storage sector. These skills are supported by strong communication and writing skills.
This role is for someone who enjoys providing a high-level customer service and enjoys stakeholder engagement within a fast pace and dynamic environment. You will have demonstrated project management skills and/or the ability to co-ordinate a range of activities to support project outcomes. To be successful in the role, you will need flexibility and adaptability to work across multi-disciplinary teams and develop effective working relationships with key stakeholders.

The position of Stakeholder Engagement & Regulatory Coordinator will work within CarbonNet branch, which sits within Industry, Trade and Investment (ITI) group.
The Industry, Trade and Investment (ITI) Group works closely with businesses locally and globally to grow Victorian jobs, drive innovation and increase Victoria's international competitiveness. ITI champions Victoria as a destination of choice for trade and international investment, international education and innovation. ITI harnesses specialist knowledge of key industries and global markets to develop Victoria's priority sectors, boost trade activities, enhance productivity and contribute to economic growth.
