About the role
Planning and Land Services provides customer-focused planning, land administration, and property services that support strong communities. Land Registry Services (LRS) manages secure and accurate registration of property, land, and water share transactions, while also overseeing title searches and property information services delivered through Secure Electronic Registries Victoria (SERV).
The Specialist Registry Operations is a senior technical expert responsible for complex land registration services. The role provides specialist advice, mentoring, and operational support, solves complex issues, drives continuous improvement, and promotes efficient, customer-focused services. It also interprets policies, supports team capability, and ensures high-quality, compliant service delivery.

Qualifications and experience
You’ll bring:
· Strong knowledge of Land Registry Services (LRS) legislation, policies, practices, and relevant government reform initiatives (desirable).
· Appointment as an Assistant Registrar of Titles (mandatory).
