Specialist Project Manager

The Role
Reporting to the Manager, Agencies Governance, the Specialist Project Manager is responsible for leading multiple projects involving the State's Creative Agencies to advance the government's cultural and creative objectives and support financial sustainability.

The position of Specialist Project Manager forms a part of the Policy and Delivery branch within the Creative Victoria group.
Creative Victoria is the state government body dedicated to championing, growing and supporting Victoria's creative industries, and the benefits they bring to Victorians. We invest in the ideas, talent, organisations, events and projects that make Victoria a creative state.
This position sits within the Policy and Delivery branch. The Policy and Delivery branch has 3 units, Agencies and Infrastructure, Creative Investment and Policy and Industry Development.
About You
You will have extensive demonstrated experience providing strategic, commercial, tactical or operational advice on a range of matters to senior executives and non-government stakeholders.
You will use your ability to effectively identify and assess emerging issues and risks for project parties, consider options and devise effective action plans and innovative solutions to complex challenges to contribute towards the objectives of the branch.
