About VHBA
The Victorian Health Building Authority (VHBA) is responsible for the rollout of the Victorian Government's multi-billion-dollar health capital projects. We're delivering world-class health facilities across Victoria including new public hospitals and emergency care, community health services, ambulance branches, residential aged care and mental health facilities. VHBA also provides technical support across engineering, property, asset management and environmental sustainability disciplines.
The Opportunity
We are establishing a small team to work with the newly appointed Executive Director, Organisational Design and Leadership.
The Specialists, Organisational Transformation (2 x VPS6) will work with the ED on a range of projects across organisational design, change management, workforce planning, and leadership.
If you have a passion for change management and building people-centred workplaces, love to work with people to understand their concerns and solve tricky problems, enjoy applying systems thinking to design new approaches, and welcome a good debate to get to the best solution, this will be the perfect team for you.
