About the opportunity
The role responsible for managing sensitive, critical and complex policy, planning and operational issues as required by the Executive General Manager (EGM), Rail & Infrastructure Delivery. The role will provide expert advice to the EGM and the Division on current and emerging issues, prioritising those which are urgent and guiding their management where appropriate.
Ideally you will have worked at a senior level within a large, public sector organisation; exceptional communication abilities; and the judgement required to manage complex, high profile and sensitive issues as they arise. Reporting directly with the EGM, Rail & Infrastructure Delivery this role requires an inclusive leader, able to influence and manage across a complex matrix of relationships.
You will have the ability to work flexibility across multiple disciplines, demonstrated experience in managing and delivering on various topics quickly and at an exceptional high standard.
