About the role
The Solicitor supports the delivery of accurate and efficient land registration services by examining and processing complex land transactions, applications and plans in line with legislation and policy. The role advises customers, staff and the Registrar technical and operational issues. Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, the Solicitor also contributes to improving processes, maintaining accurate registry records and supporting regulatory frameworks. Success in the role helps protect the integrity of Victoria’s land register and supports confidence in the state’s property market.
