About the role:
The Solicitor will support the Dispute Resolution and Inquiries unit within the Legal Services and Integrity Branch. The Solicitor role will provide timely legal advice and support across a broad range of areas within the health portfolios, which may be the subject of significant disputes, claims, prosecutions, litigation or inquiries. You will be required to assist the team all aspects concerning the conduct of litigious matters involving the department, Secretary and other executive members of the department, including in the provision of advice in relation to such claims.
