The Department of Government Services (DGS) was established on 1 January 2023 to improve everyone's experience of doing business and interacting with the Victorian government. We bring important day-to-day services together in one department to make things easy and seamless for Victorians and businesses. We are doing this by connecting and digitising our systems and platforms across state and local government as well as streamlining our corporate and procurement services.
About the role
This role is responsible for maintaining and enhancing existing DGS products and services. As a key member of our software delivery squads, the successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software that aligns with DGS standards.
About you
The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and brings a strong foundation in software engineering principles, experience working in Agile environments, and a proven track record in a similar development role. For more inormation about the role and KSC, please see the attached PD.
