Role description
Dhelkaya Health is currently looking for a passionate and experienced Social Work Professional Lead to join our Community Services and Wellbeing team.
The role is responsible for profession-specific leadership and governance of the Social Work workforce within Dhelkaya Health, in addition to responsibilities for clinical care and program leadership.
You will work closely with the Chief Allied Health Officer, Program Managers and other relevant stakeholders across the organisation to ensure the delivery of high-quality clinical services by staff who are supported to perform their roles within an evidence-based framework.
You will maintain a clinical caseload and work as a Senior Clinician in the specialist area of the Older Person supporting continuity of care and navigation for the Older Person across Dhelkaya Health.
This role is primarily based at the Dhelkaya Health Castlemaine campus but may be required to work at alternative organisational sites as directed.
