Court Services Victoria provides corporate services and facilities to support the performance of the judicial, quasi-judicial and administrative functions of Victoria's courts and tribunal, Judicial College and Judicial Commission.
Collectively, Victoria's Supreme, County, Magistrates', Children's, and Coroners courts, the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT), the Judicial College of Victoria, the Judicial Commission of Victoria, and Court Services Victoria (CSV) are referred to as the 'Courts Group'.

People Services
People Services provide core human resources functions, ensuring Courts Group has productive work systems and modern workplaces. People Services design and implement programs that support work performance and the health, safety, and wellbeing of Judicial Officers, Members and employees.
Key functions include Health, Safety and Wellbeing, Workplace Relations, People Advisory Services and Talent Acquisition, HR Partnering, Leadership, Capability Development and Strategy, Judicial, Member and Executive Services, Payroll, Systems & Reporting. The Executive Director for People Services leads the function and is part of the CSV executive.
About the role
An exciting opportunity exists for a Site Safety Risk Assessment Advisor to support CSV's Site Security and Safety Risk Assessment Project.
In this role, you will conduct comprehensive onsite safety, security and operational risk assessments across court locations throughout Victoria. Working closely with the Security and Emergency Management Group (SEMG), you will identify hazards, analyse risks, and develop high‑quality Risk Summary Reports to support evidence‑based decision‑making and improve safety outcomes for staff, stakeholders and the public.
This is a hands‑on, field‑based role suited to someone who enjoys working autonomously, building strong stakeholder relationships, and applying structured risk methodologies in complex environments.
