About the role:
Victoria Police's Financial Services Department is seeking to recruit a suitably experienced Senior Shared Services Manager to lead and manage the Shared Services team. Reporting to the Executive Director (Chief Finance Officer), the Senior Shared Services Manager will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality, timely, and compliant financial and administrative services—including Bill to Cash, Purchasing Support, Accounts Payable, and Treasury functions—to internal stakeholders.
We are seeking a highly motivated candidate with extensive experience in managing large-scale shared services or finance environments. This is an integral role supporting day-to-day operations and strategic financial reforms. The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in leading teams, managing stakeholder relationships, and driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.
