About the Role
The Country Fire Authority (CFA) is seeking an experienced ServiceNow System Administrator to play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our enterprise ServiceNow platform. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to an organisation that supports frontline emergency response and volunteers across Victoria.
As a ServiceNow System Administrator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, configuration and support of CFA's ServiceNow environment. Your work will ensure the platform remains secure, stable and reliable, supporting critical corporate and operational functions such as incident management, workforce management, training, asset management and volunteer engagement.
You will configure and maintain workflows, forms, automations and integrations using standard ServiceNow tools, troubleshoot and resolve platform issues promptly and drive continuous improvement across the system. Working closely with ICT and key business stakeholders, you will ensure the platform meets CFA's technical, security and governance requirements.
