Western Health is seeking a Service Management Analyst to join the Digital Technology Services (DTS) team.
In this role you will engage stakeholders to design and improve IT Service Management processes, configure ITSM tooling and deliver insights that enhance service outcomes.
Working within the Service Management Office (SMO), you will partner with ITIL practice owners, technology teams and project stakeholders to translate service management requirements into practical platform solutions that support reliable clinical and corporate operations.
This role plays an important part in improving workflows, reporting, automation and self-service capabilities across our ITSM environment.
About the RoleAs a Service Management Analyst, you will work collaboratively across Digital Technology Services to improve service management practices and ensure our ITSM platforms support effective, measurable service delivery.
