Service Integration Coordinator - Early Learning Victoria Regional West
Salary - circa $130,000 (including superannuation)
The Service Integration Coordinator will service the Regional West centres, including the newly opened Murtoa location in 2025, as well as three new centres in Portland, Teesdale & Clunes opening in 2026. The incumbent will primarily service the regional west region, however there may also be a requirement to travel to Melbourne CBD.
Reporting to the Early Learning Victoria Area Manager, the Service Integration Coordinator will work across the relevant region to coordinate the partnership with schools, community organisations and other stakeholders. This role will work closely with centre leadership teams, including the Integration Leads at ELV centres. This position plays a key role in ensuring integration work is prioritised at Early Learning Victoria centres and carried out according to the Early Learning Victoria vision and service integration framework.
The Service Integration Coordinator will work strategically with Integration Leads, community partners and co-located schools (where applicable) to ensure effective access to and meaningful uptake and utilisation of additional services and wraparound supports for families and to support continuity of learning for children. The role will work under a matrix leadership structure, directly reporting to the Area Manager, with secondary reporting to the Manager of Service Integration.
The integration coordinator will also play a key role in establishing and monitoring the governance of the service integration portfolio at area level.
Strategic partnerships: Identify and establish strategic partnership opportunities across the area and within communities, relevant to each centre.
Work with central teams to meet organisational strategic priorities.
Stakeholder engagement: Maintain effective relationships with stakeholders across the sector and ensure challenges are addressed and problems resolved within a timely manner with positive outcomes.
Ensure presence with regular centre visits, supporting service integration related activities.
Governance and oversight: Lead area level service integration governance processes across ELV centres and with third-party service providers.
Provide oversight at area level ensuring pro-active and effective engagement with service providers, community organisations and co-located and local schools.
