About the role
In this role you will be the first point of contact to all Victorian Legal Aid (VLA) staff and provide support and assistance for digital technology to enable staff to effectively support VLA clients with digital tools.
Reporting to the Service Desk Manager in the Digital Transformation & Technology department, you will engage in Incident and Problem Management, and Request Fulfillment as per ITIL process using VLA's ticketing system. You will support staff remotely both working from home, our offices and court locations, answer calls and provide in person support in the office. You will prepare and package IT equipment, perform through asset management and provide desktop support for our offices and some courts around Victoria.
This role is based at our Melbourne CBD office on Wurundjeri Country.
