THE ROLE
The role will lead, as needed, the development of budget bids, Cabinet submissions and papers and briefings suitable for informing senior executive and ministerial decision making. The position will require excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a strong understanding of policy and budget setting processes. The role holder will also have the skills and ability to work collaboratively and use initiative to support delivery in a fast-paced and changing policy environment.
The position will require highly developed leadership and people management skills, high level written and verbal communication skills, and an ability to be responsive to tasks including the provision of responses in a timely manner.
This is a rare opportunity to hold a change leadership role at the centre of one of Victoria's most significant social services technology programs. The successful candidate will be a highly collaborative and skilled leader motivated to work in partnership with front line practitioners, operational and system leaders, clients and technology partners to generate innovative yet feasible solutions that improve client outcomes.
