ROLE SUMMARY:
The Service Delivery Partner Fleet, Equipment and Clothing (FEC) (East / West) is a regionally focused, relationship-based role responsible for acting as the primary point of contact between VICSES regions other business partners and the Fleet, Equipment and Clothing business unit.
The role plays a critical two-way function:
Communicating information from the Fleet, Equipment and Clothing team to regions and units, and receiving, validating and escalating feedback, issues and risks from the field, ensuring they are progressed through the appropriate internal channels.
Service Delivery Partners (East and West) are the primary conduit for information flow between the Fleet, Equipment and Clothing team and VICSES regions and units. All business-related communications, updates and service engagement with regions and units are intended to be coordinated through these roles to ensure consistency, clarity and accountability.
The role may be required to support workshops, taskforces and other engagement activities outside of standard business hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate volunteer availability and support planning and delivery requirements.
Note: This role is based at our Derrimut facility. However, it is expected that 80% of the role will involve traveling to and attending SES Units located throughout Victoria. Regular overnight stays will be required. Accordingly, daily attendance at the Derrimut facility is not required. For the 20% non unit visiting work hours - Limited Work from Home (WFH) flexibility may be offered post probation period on an ad-hoc basis.

Victoria State Emergency Service (VICSES) is a volunteer-based emergency service. Our highly skilled and equipped Volunteers are trained comprehensively in a wide range of emergency environments. To minimise the impact of emergencies when they occur and strengthen the community's capacity to recover swiftly and safely, VICSES focuses on working with communities and partners in building resilience to achieve more aware, informed and prepared communities. We support them to understand their risk and the relevance of taking action before, during and after emergency events.
As the largest road rescue network in Australia we have specialist teams that provide a 24/7 response to road accident and trauma incidents. We assist Victoria Police in search and rescue operations, and play an important role in supporting the Country Fire Authority (CFA), Fire Rescue Victoria (FRV), Parks Victoria and the Department of Energy, Environment and Climate Action (DEECA) during major bushfire and emergency incidents.
