ROLE SUMMARY:
The Service Delivery Administration Officer provides administrative and coordination support to enable effective service delivery between the FEC Service Delivery team, and business partners. The role focuses on supporting the allocation, monitoring, and tracking of service requests, equipment requests, and other issues to ensure timely action, escalation, and resolution. This includes assisting with reporting, maintaining records and systems, coordinating logistics and providing frontline support to members and internal stakeholders.
The position supports the FEC business partners by coordinating information, assisting with responses, and ensuring stakeholders are kept informed of progress. The role also provides administrative support, including coordinating meetings and travel, collating data and presentations, and supporting governance activities such as retrieval and disposal of clothing and equipment.
This role plays a key part in maintaining visibility of service delivery activities, supporting accountability, and ensuring consistent and responsive service outcomes for members and operational stakeholders.
Working closely with the Service Delivery team and Business Partner Service Delivery roles, the position contributes to ensuring VICSES members receive timely information and consistent service relating to fleet, equipment and clothing services.
Note: This role is located at our Grimes Crt, Derrimut facility. Daily attendance at the facility is required. Limited Work from Home (WFH) flexibility may be offered post probation period on an ad-hoc basis.

Victoria State Emergency Service (VICSES) is a volunteer-based emergency service. Our highly skilled and equipped Volunteers are trained comprehensively in a wide range of emergency environments. We support them to understand their risk and the relevance of taking action before, during and after emergency events.
As the largest road rescue network in Australia we have specialist teams that provide a 24/7 response to road accident and trauma incidents. We assist Victoria Police in search and rescue operations, and play an important role in supporting the Country Fire Authority (CFA), Fire Rescue Victoria (FRV), Parks Victoria and the Department of Energy, Environment and Climate Action (DEECA) during major bushfire and emergency incidents.
