About the Role
As a Service Centre Consultant at State Trustees, you'll deliver excellent client service with ownership and accountability. You'll resolve client queries, use tailored communication, and make financial decisions aligned with client needs and budgets. You'll also manage information, engage stakeholders, and work in a collaborative team.
This full-time role (38 hours, Monday–Friday) offers comprehensive 3-month training located at our Bendigo office, followed by flexible work (2 days from home, 3 in the office) once all requirements are met.
