About the role:
2 x Fixed Term to 30 June 2027 positions available with flexible options between 0.8 to 1.0 FTE
Reporting to the Manager, Sector Capability, these roles will be responsible for developing and delivering workforce development programs that directly respond to mental health workforce needs, working closely with stakeholders across Victoria's mental health sector.
You will collaborate directly with lived and living experience and expertise within the Collaborative Centre and the broader mental health sector, ensuring workforce development programs are informed by the perspectives and insights of people with lived and living experience of mental ill-health, psychological distress, trauma and/or substance use or dependence as well as families, carers, supporters and kin.
Regular travel across Victoria is an expected component of this role, as you will be engaging directly with different workforces at their respective locations to deliver on-site learning and development initiatives.

About you:
These roles require strong experience and expertise in professional development, excellent stakeholder engagement skills and knowledge of mental health services and systems in Victoria.
We are looking for someone who can:
A qualification and/or experience in a relevant mental health discipline is required.
A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, and/or demonstrated industry experience in training and workforce development is required.
