Reporting to the Program Manager Meat and Wool, the Senior Technical Specialist is an important and high-profile position in the Meat and Wool Team. You will manage all key operational and strategic components of the state-wide flagship project for service delivery to the Victorian sheep and beef sector. The position is responsible for leading the design and development of the delivery model, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement and innovation. You will foster and lead innovation in service development and attract and deliver on new co-investment, building on the success of the Innovative Networks project. You will develop, maintain and leverage relationships and partnerships with research organisations, service providers, key producers, investors and other stakeholders to drive productivity growth of the sector.

This is a fixed term position available for a period of 12 Months. The work location for this position is flexible within Victoria with hybrid work arrangements available.
