THE ROLE
The Senior Coordinator, Targeted Care Packages plays a key role in improving outcomes for children in out-of-home care and preventing children entering residential care.
You will use your strong planning, coordination and stakeholder relationship skills to design and implement tailored supports to support the development and implementation of individualised packages to improve outcomes for children in care. The position works closely with Child Protection and community-based agencies to deliver innovative and therapeutic placement supports. In addition, you'll play a key role in monitoring the implementation of packages, working closely with agencies that deliver the TCPs to ensure that goals are achieved and strong financial oversight occurs.
