THE ROLE
The Child Protection Wellbeing Program (CPWP) provides specialised wellbeing intervention to proactively identify and address the psychological health and wellbeing needs of child protection practitioners. This is achieved through team, group and organisational strategies and interventions. The Senior Facilitator will work as part of a team and is responsible for facilitating team-based wellbeing sessions to the child protection workforce across Victoria.
The Senior Facilitator will be responsible for the delivery of team and group interventions to support the mental health and psychological wellbeing of the child protection workforce.
Wellbeing sessions are interactive and flexible to account for local needs. Sessions are directed toward building resilience and maintaining the wellbeing of practitioners and managers through a range of evidence-based modules.
The Senior Facilitator may also be required to deliver wellbeing webinars; training; develop session plans and resources and maintain their professional development and knowledge in this area.
