THE ROLE
The role of the Senior Package Planner contributes to the implementation, coordination and monitoring
activities associated with individualised and flexible funding packages to improve outcomes for children in Out
of Home Care in line with the Best Interests Practice Framework. This role will be responsible for planning,
coordination and stakeholder engagement to co-design, assess, implement and monitor individualised and
targeted supports to meet the needs of individual children, their families and carers, providing flexible and
innovative placement prevention and out of home care solutions for children. The position reports directly tothe Team Leader, Flexible Packaging Team
