The role
We have an opportunity for an experienced Senior Strategic Policy and Research Officer to join our Prevention Policy & Research team on a full-time ongoing basis. Reporting to the Manager – Prevention Policy & Research, you will undertake strategic policy development, complex research and analysis and prepare authoritative reports and advice in response to contemporary and emerging corruption and police misconduct issues and risks.
You will work across IBAC and with external stakeholders to identify issues, develop evidence-based policy responses and contribute to initiatives that strengthen corruption prevention across the Victorian public sector.

You will bring:
Experience in public sector operating environments and a tertiary qualification are desirable.
Due to the requirement to attain a Negative Vetting 1 security clearance candidates must be an Australian citizen at the time of application.
