About the branch
The Human Rights Team is part of the Public Law and Planning Branch at VGSO. The Public Law and Planning branch operates in the epicentre of public law practice in Victoria. The Human Rights Teams practice focuses on human rights under Victoria's Charter of Human Rights and Responsibilities Act 2006. The day-to-day work of the team includes:

About the role
An exciting opportunity has become available for a Senior Solicitor with at least 4+ years practicing experience to join the Human Rights team.
As a Senior Solicitor in the Human Rights team, you will have the opportunity to provide legal advice to, and conduct litigation for, State government departments and public entities on a range of complex and interesting matters within the team's area of practice. In this role you will work collaboratively with your colleagues as part of a tightly knit team.
