About the role
You are a technical legal specialist who assesses and resolves complex, high-risk land title matters, providing expert statutory interpretation and advice to protect the integrity of the land titles Register and avoid litigation.
You will contribute to regulatory frameworks, policy and process improvement, guidance development, and capability building, underpinning confidence in Victoria’s multibillion-dollar property market through lawful, consistent outcomes.
