THE ROLE
The Service Improvement Practitioner provides remote and on the ground support and expertise to child protection areas across the state experiencing acute operation pressures.
In this role you will regularly travel to divisional child protection offices including to regional and remote areas across the state, providing in-person capability and capacity building of child protection practitioners, and work with areas to improve service delivery systems.
If required travel will be undertake during standard business hours starting from the primary office location. If overnight stays are required, trips will typically be scheduled Monday to Thursday. The incumbent will be required to stay in accommodation provided during the week and return home on Thursday afternoon. When travel is not required, hybrid work arrangements from the Service Improvement Practitioner's local primary office location will apply.
