The Opportunity
As the Senior Service Delivery Partner you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the VicGrid's IT Service Management and managing technology third-party vendors. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality IT services that align with business objectives while maintaining operational excellence and continuous improvement across all service management functions.

What you will deliver
• Lead the direction, governance and day-to-day operation of the Service Management function across VicGrid.
• Own, manage and continuously improve ITSM processes, including incident, problem, change, request and configuration management.
• Establish, maintain and promote service management frameworks, policies, standards and practices across the organization.
• Manage technology vendors and third-party service providers to ensure effective service delivery and performance outcomes.

• Digital and Technology Literacy: Guides other in operating digital and technology tools relevant to area of work. Understands the impact of internal IT landscape to daily operations; Has broad understanding on implementation activities related to the introduction and ongoing maintenance of new digital and technology tools.
• Flexibility and Adaptability: Accept changed priorities without undue discomfort. Responds quickly to changes. Comfortable working in collaboration with teams outside of own organization.
