The VCAA is a statutory body responsible to the Victorian Minister for Education, serving both government and non-government schools. We provide high quality curriculum, assessment and reporting for all Victorian student's birth to 18 years.
The Senior Service Delivery Advisor plays a key role in supporting the Victorian Curriculum F–10 Revision and Familiarisation project, which involves the revision of Victorian Curriculum F–10 and the creation and publication of a suite of resources to support effective familiarisation in schools. This role manages the production process including quality assurance of curriculum and resources across the F–10 Revisions and Familiarisation team.
The position is integral to the management and development of the Victorian Curriculum F–10 Version 2.0 website, and the production and publication of high-quality curriculum resources and content including curriculum materials, professional learning resources and communication products about these publications. The successful applicant will have experience managing the delivery of IT projects and working with stakeholders to ensure high quality outcomes.
The Curriculum Division manages the development and supports the implementation and assessment of Victorian learning and development frameworks and curriculum from birth to Year 12, including the VEYLDF, the Victorian Curriculum F–10, the VCE and the VPC, which incorporates the VCE VM and VET programs.
The Victorian Curriculum F–10 Revision and Familiarisation Unit is one of 7 units in the Curriculum Division. The Victorian Curriculum F–10 Revision and Familiarisation Unit leads the revision of the Victorian Curriculum F–10 and the development of familiarisation resources (professional learning and supporting resources) to support the implementation of the curriculum in Victorian schools.
Role purpose
You will manage the development and production of materials and provide expert advice and guidance on publication specifications and processes. You will lead the editorial review and quality assurance processes including managing the contract editorial team and ensure delivery to timelines, ensuring each stage of the process is adequately planned and resourced to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications and Experience
Essential: Experience in IT project management
Desirable: Tertiary qualifications or experience in project and/or publication management
