You'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting the safety and wellbeing of employees, contractors and volunteers who care for Victoria's iconic parks and public spaces.
Reporting to the Manager, Health and Safety, you will provide practical, frontline health and safety support across Parks Victoria. Acting as a trusted advisor to managers and staff, you'll deliver hands-on guidance, coaching and support to help teams meet their safety obligations and maintain safe, healthy and productive workplaces.
This is a varied and rewarding role where you'll partner closely with operational teams to implement safety systems, manage risks, investigate incidents and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
