About the role
The Regulatory Transaction Services (RTS) provides business and occupational licensing and not-for-profit registration services to Victorians.Reporting to the RTS Team Leader, Senior Regulatory Officers (SROs) are responsible for the timely and accurate processing of applications and other routine processes in line with statutory requirements for various licensing and registration schemes administered by CAV.SROs also provide information to clients both verbally and in writing and accurately record information in CAV’s licensing and registration databases.
