About the role
The Senior Regulation Officer provides policy, regulatory and statutory support to the Registrar of Titles and Land Registry Services. The role undertakes research, analysis and drafting to support decision-making on land registration and conveyancing matters, and helps coordinate reporting, briefs and business processes. It works closely with government, industry stakeholders and national reform initiatives to support electronic conveyancing and regulatory improvements. Success in this role helps maintain the integrity and reliability of Victoria’s land register, supports effective regulation and strengthens confidence in the state’s property market.
