An exciting opportunity exists to join a high performing team responsible for ensuring new independent, Catholic and government schools and school boarding premises and amendments to registration comply with the minimum standards.
About the Role
The role contributes to the work of a professional, skilled and motivated team in a dynamic environment. A key aspect of the role involves developing relationships with stakeholders across the independent, Catholic and government school sectors, other regulators and government departments in Victoria and nationally.
The role will also liaise with the Victorian Registration and Qualifications Authority (VRQA) panel of reviewers and financial health assessors. The role will report to the Manager, Schools Division and you will work alongside other members of the review and registration teams, in addition, to working with members of the Regulatory Projects, our legal and finance teams.

About the Division
The Victorian Registration and Qualifications Authority (VRQA) is a statutory authority established under the Education and Training Reform Act 2006 and regulates school education in Victoria. Within the VRQA, the Schools Division is responsible for ensuring independent, Catholic, and government schools, school boarding premises, and other school sector providers comply with minimum standards for registration, including the Child Safe Standards. The VRQA regulates for quality learning outcomes and you will help Victorian students receive a quality education in safe and well-governed environments.
