We're looking for an experienced Senior Project Transformation Officer to lead strategic transformation initiatives that strengthen organisational capability, improve project delivery performance and drive lasting business improvement outcomes across the organisation.

As the Senior Project Transformation Officer, you will lead Parks Victoria's Major Capital Works transformation program, delivering strategic business improvement and organisational change initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, service quality and organisational effectiveness. Working within the Infrastructure and Assets Directorate, you will provide leadership, governance and hands-on support to drive transformational change, improve capital project delivery frameworks, and establish systems, tools and processes that enable sustainable business outcomes.
You will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to foster collaboration, support change adoption, drive continuous improvement and ensure transformation initiatives align with organisational priorities and long-term strategic objectives.
You are a strategic and adaptable professional with experience leading large-scale transformation programs and embedding organisational change. You thrive in complex environments, enjoy building strong stakeholder relationships and are passionate about driving continuous improvement and delivering meaningful outcomes.
