Where you will be working
The Offender Services and Reintegration (OSR) division of Corrections Victoria (CV) is responsible for providing best practice interventions which aim to reduce the risk of reoffending including case management, education and employment, prison industries and rehabilitation and reintegration support.
The division contributes to a safer community by supporting a safe and humane corrections system that provides opportunities for rehabilitation, supports reintegration and works toward Aboriginal self-determination.
The Education and Vocational Training (EVT) team supports the rehabilitation and reintegration of people in prison and operates alongside Employment Pathways and Prison Industries ensuring an integrated approach to the provision of meaningful post release employment outcomes and vocational training opportunities.

What you will do
The Senior Project Officer - Youth, Education and Vocational Training will primarily, but not exclusively, focus on the education and training needs of young people in our care (18-25 years) to build capacity and engagement.
The Senior Project Officer – Youth, Education and Vocational Training will collaborate with delivery partners and key stakeholder groups to also understand business and IT system operations and requirements in order to produce quality training resources and support service integration.
