We are looking for a highly motivated individual who wants to join a dynamic team coordinating delivery of Agriculture Victoria priorities across the sector and our regions.
The position of Senior Project Officer - Regional Engagement is a new position that will play a key role in supporting Agriculture Victoria’s regional and place-based engagement by fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders and gathering regional intelligence to inform government decision-making. Working closely with the Director, Agriculture Sector Development and Regions, Regional Leaders, and across the Agriculture group, the position will coordinate strategic projects and drive the delivery of initiatives that enhance Agriculture Victoria’s regional presence and influence. The position requires strong project management skills, a proactive and collaborative approach, and a sound understanding of Victoria’s agriculture sector and stakeholder landscape.
You will also be able to demonstrate strong analytical, communication, and writing skills, with the ability to provide high-quality advice, reporting, and briefing materials that inform and influence outcomes across the group and Department.

This is a fixed term position for 3 years. The work location for this position is flexible within Victoria with hybrid work arrangements available.
