About the Division
As a Division of the Academy, the Business Services Division leads the provision of quality Academy corporate support services and functions (including procurement, risk management, performance reporting and evaluation, human resources and culture, finance, facilities management, information and audio-visual technology) which enable successful operation of the Academy. In addition, the Business Services Division is responsible for the oversight, delivery and reporting of the compliance and audit obligations required of a statutory authority.
About the Role
The People, Capability and Culture (PCC) team connects and enables our people. Dedicated to a seamless, employee-focused experience, the PCC team provide end-to-end employee lifecycle support, offering guidance on recruitment, personnel matters, professional learning and capability development. The PCC team are a central partner and conduit to the Department of Education's People, Strategy and Operations teams.
The Senior Project Officer, PCC leads organisational capability development, learning and development initiatives and culture change programs that support workforce readiness and performance across the Academy. This role provides expert advice and ensures evidence-informed, best practice approaches to people and culture.
The Senior Project Officer, PCC, also leads a range of HR activities and projects that build organisational capability and drive consistent, best-practice people management across the Academy. This role provides specialist HR policy advice and leads the development and review of frameworks, guidelines and people-related systems.
